Trainee Recruitment

At Capital, we share a collective vision and values. Our teams are comprised of lawyers, consultants and support colleagues who are highly ambitious, entrepreneurial and client-focussed, and we’re always looking to add talented people that fit our culture.

Working here, you can expect a challenging but rewarding career, with help and support along the way. We understand that clients are, naturally, attracted to the most talented lawyers and consultants, which is why we support our colleagues in the best ways possible. We are all committed to what we do.

What we need from you

If you’re right for us, you’ll be proficient at working on your own initiative, enthusiastic and adaptable. You’ll have a certain spark that makes you different; we’re not only sharp legal minds, we’re language graduates, entrepreneurs, opera singers.

In turn, if you have any queries or observations, you are welcome to challenge us, too. We value excellence over length of service and we reward hard work accordingly.

What you’ll get back from us

Our Team Leaders and HR work with every individual to ensure they have the support they need throughout their time here. Following our in-depth induction programme, our HR team and your Team Leader will remain on-hand along your path with us.

We’d love to hear from you

If you’d like to find out more about any of the current vacancies, or to apply speculatively, we’d be delighted to hear from you.

We treat every CV as confidential, so applying speculatively won’t impact on your chances of future employment in any way. Please send all CVs to recruitment@capitallaw.co.uk, clearly stating the type of role you are looking for, and we’ll contact you should we think you match any opportunity within the firm.

If you would like any more information, our Head of HR, Paul Clayton, is happy to have any initial chat to talk through any questions you have and tell you a little more about Capital.
