Employment

We advise strategically on the whole spectrum of employment law.

We handle all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, collective and individual. Our lawyers have niche expertise in business immigration, employment investigations, and employment tribunal claims.

Our team has a strong reputation for high-profile, complex and sensitive employment litigation. We deal with claims in both employment tribunals and the civil courts, with extensive experience of undertaking tribunal advocacy. We can also advise you on equality and diversity, data protection, and mediation.

We’ve completed work of national significance for the Welsh Government, the Intellectual Property Office and the British Medical Association. We advise prominent individuals and multi-national businesses, too – especially in the heavy manufacturing, retail, transport, tech and pharmaceutical industries.

Learning and development is part of our service. As well as offering an accredited Employment Law Diploma in partnership with Cardiff University, we provide in-house training, offer secondment opportunities, and run regular employment law briefings and topical workshops.

Thanks to our links with Capital People, our clients also enjoy easy access to expert health and safety consultants.
