  • Acting for the British Medical Association in a successful judicial review of the decision of a Health Board to downgrade a hospital maternity ward
  • Advising France Telecom Orange in relation to various compliance and regulatory issues including fraud and business crime matters
  • Acting for a media regulator on a range of public law matters including high profile investigations, editorial appeals and consultation processes.
  • Advising a number of Wales’ Universities and Further Education institutions on various regulatory matters
  • Acting for individuals challenging the decision of a local authority finding them to be intentionally homeless or failing to provide temporary accommodation pending a review under the Housing Act 1996
  • Advising France Telecom Orange in relation to various compliance and regulatory issues including fraud and business crime matters
  • Acting for a charity in its Supreme Court intervention regarding clarification on Guidance issued by the Director for Public Prosecutions
