Richard has 20 years’ experience (In House and Private Practice) advising (and training) on all aspects of contentious and non contentious Employment and Data Protection law, in both the public and private sectors. He has significant experience in advising employers on both individual and collective employment law issues including:
Employment Tribunal advocacy on behalf of employees and employers across the UK
Major restructures, outsourcing and TUPE (including negotiating and drafting employee handover provisions in commercial agreements)
Employee consultation and setting up of Information and Consultation Forums and agreements
Collective bargaining and industrial relations issues including advising on, dealing with and resolving Collective Disputes and Industrial Action via ACAS mediation.
